Review content:
I may be 'odd gal out' on this one, but I have stayed at the Resort twice, first with my daughter last year, and alone this year. She was not happy with the condition of the rooms, etc. To me, it doesn't matter....I feel I "understand" Indian Springs Resort. Did you notice the soothing music as you came in the door? It is intended to start you on a journey of R&R..something I needed this year. I spent three nights in blissful rest and quiet. I stayed in the Resort rooms, the oldest of all. It was warm, cozy, and private. There were no drunks stumbling in at all hours, no noise in the hall, etc. I doubt it would be tolerated. This is a place for peaceful resolve and healing in their mineral spring waters. I hope that those who have been so unhappy will understand that this is not trying to be a 5 star hotel. It is trying to share a unique natural experience. Patience will get you a long way, and if you just try to understand them, you will come away with a greater appreciation. For me, it's heaven. The workers were nice and the spa folks are fabulous!
