Review content:
We were referred here with a high recommendation. Initially, the experience was good, but awkward. Unfortunately, that is where the positive experience ends. In subsequent contact with the employees, they were rude, extremely disrespectful and uncompromising. This is not how you treat a customer. I would NOT recommend you go there. Other bike shops have proven to be much better. Like another review I read, this place needs an attitude adjustment. Unless you have a lot of money to spend at their whim, you are treated like a second class citizen.
