will always come back here for the service (snowboard dept) - sure, their prices aren't the lowest, but if you can find a reputable dealer out there selling the same items, they'll beat it by 15%. I managed to get a ridiculous deal on my Burton board, boots and binding last year thanks to that guarantee. Also, their boarding staff is extremely knowledgeable and down to earth - I knew they were really into snowboarding, but didn't realize that Paragon actually makes them take courses to learn more about their trade. Lastly, an interesting tidbit for the snow folks - they have a boot fit guarantee. I thought my boots from last year were too tight, and I was trying to buy a new pair, but the sales rep convinced me that it would be better to heat mold the older boot to fit rather than blow money on a new pair...how often does that happen?
