IFit Fitness is an AWEFUL gym. If you are new to the gym world and beginning to excerise THIS is NOT the gym for you. I spent nearly 30 minutes just trying to figure the equipment as they are not labeled. So you are basically dumb founded trying to figure what muscle group that equipment targets. In addition to the lack of information on the equipment, the owner Bernie is rude and not helpful towards his paying clients. I would cancel my membership but I'm obligated for one year or I have to pay $150.00 to cancel. WARNING DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS GYM IF YOU ARE A BEGINNER!!!
