Review content:
I don't want to get into specifics. Let's just say that he fixed the work of one of his colleagues. He did so professionally without ever bad mouthing the other doctor, no matter how many times I pushed him to say something bad he would not. He fixed me and did so with class and dignity despite the curses that came out of my mouth every other word regarding the other surgeon.
I guess my point is if you have a problem and need to find another plastic surgeon you want someone who will calmly deal with you and not inflame the situation. I respect Dr.Klapper for this. I highly recommend for his class, skill and bedside manner.
