I want to compliment Amy Ash, in sales, as well as Sean Rick and Frank Holley in service for their prompt, professional service, delivered with courtesy and pleasant personalities. Ackerman is the first company I have encountered in a very long time that lives up to its advertising claims...period. No gimmicks, no bait and switch...really and truly just $18.95 a month. All three called ahead, arrived on time and did exactly what they said they would. They were patient with my questions, my endless stairs and even my five dogs! I am happy to call myself a new Ackerman customer.
