I received a call from the General Manager about 10 minutes ago, and he rectified the problem. I was really mortified about what had occurred there. But they were absolutely stand up people the way they dealt with me. It goes to show that, even though the car sales business can be dirty and cutthroat, there are still consummate gentlemen out there and they work and manage Wilkie Lexus.
