Review content:
Since when is a resale store, consignment or not, referenced as a department store??? I checked it out and in no way did it remind me of Ross or T.J. Maxx! A consignment store is an upscale Thrift Store! The difference is a Thrift store is ran usually based on a Non Profit organization or it supports programs that help or aid the less fortunate in our community. A Consignment store a usually is privately owned and is just like a store, ran for profit, its just cleaner and higher priced... the owner has to make some money to pay for rent space.
