My 4 year old found the shiny little brass knob on the fireplace interesting and managed to close the flue while the fire was still burning. I realized it too late when the soot was everywhere. My husband called his friend who works for Denver Carpet Cleaning. They not only got my light beige carpet clean, they also did the woodwork, walls and everywhere else. They were so thorough. I would recommend then wholeheartedly.
