I have been looking for a truck for a few weeks and finally deceided to purchase one from Friendly Ford where I or my company have previously purchased several vehicles. After coming to an agreement on the sales price of a new 2010 F150 Lariat, I was notified 30 minutes later that they had made a mistake and couldn't sell me the vehicle at that price. The worst part is that the general manager or owner didn't even have the decency to call me themselves, they just had the salesperson do their dirty work. To say that this is bad business is obviously an understatement.
