My wife and I have received consistently exceptional eye treatment from Triangle Visions (2216 E. Highway 54, Durham) for more than 20 years. Following Dr. Tucker's retirement many years ago, I came under Dr. Anthony Clark's care - and consider myself very fortunate to still be a patient of Dr. Clark. He - along with the entire Triangle Vision team - is attentive, responsive, friendly, thorough, and caring at all times. Dr. Clark is a rare health care practitioner who makes a point to get to know you, remembers you from visit to visit, and communicates very clearly the findings of the always-thorough eye assessments. In the case of a recent change in one of my eyes, Dr. Clark has followed up with a comforting attention to detail, and always provides a respectfully summary of what the situation is, and what best courses of action are available for treatment, where necessary. I have complete trust in Dr. Clark's competence and judgement to ensure my eye's receive optimal care and, where needed, corrective action. I also appreciate the friendly and professional manner that characterizes the entire staff, both medically and administratively. Support staff is always helpful in terms of insurance reimbursements (or in explaining where and why a service will not be covered, when such is the case). One final point: I also buy my eyeglasses there - and appreciate all the little things that part of the staff has done for me over the years - from helping me choose new glasses, to replacing (within warranty timeframe) or repairing (no matter how old) my glasses at no cost, even when the damage was due to an accident on my part.
In short, I am grateful to have Triangle Visions - and specifically the staff there - looking after the care of my eyes.
