We were shopping for a Maxima and found one on the autotrader website that we really liked. It was a corporate lease only a year old with 13k miles on it. To make a long story short, the sales Mgr neglected to introduce himself to me AFTER i spoke to him on the phone already making the decision to purchase the vehicle. Then, the salesperson had no idea what package included the Bose audio system. After he told me that It didn't have it installed (and I remember seeing Bose speakers on the rear panel), i asked him to follow me to the car to doublecheck it. His answer was "I guess you're getting a better deal now since it has a premium sound system". When we walked back, he was flipping through some mini-manual referencing certain packages, etc. He then started getting an attitude problem once I started asking him questions about the vehicle. Then, after purchasing the car, they only gave me one key and to make it worst, the car only had less than a 1/4 tank of gas!! This dealership sucks and I suggest you check out Fred Beans in Doyestown instead. DON"T GOTO FAULKER!
