Not only did they PRICE GAUGED us, FRAUDED us about the work performed, and TREATED us HORRIBLY; THEY ENDANGERED THE LIVES OF ABOUT 60 CHILDREN and THOUSANDS OF DRIVERS in Central Florida (I4 specifically)
We never received a completed checklist of the work done to the vehicle in order to comply with the DOT, and they claimed to have made us legal.
What would happen if we had an accident or caused an accident on the vehicle with children?
How can they charge us for repairs and inspections they did not complete?
How can they hold our vehicle hostage?
How can they charge $176 for parts they pulled off of another truck and spray painted to make them look new? When the SAME NEW FORD Parts would have been $89.00
How can they charge $320 for 2 new batteries, and $350 to install them? When 2 new batteries at the Ford Dealer were $200 plus $85 for installation.
How can they charge $545 for a Re-manufactured starter (that they sold to us as "new") and $350 to install it; when the FORD PART is $243 and $200 to install it?
How can they charge $175 for a DOT inspection they did not perform, nor do the repairs for them?
How can they even be claiming to be a DOT approved repair facility, and not even have the integrity to realize that they are endangering the lives of children by not completing the required work to pass the inspection?
My goal by writing to you is to shed some light and into what they are doing to unsuspecting clients who might not have the ability to consult with a mechanic and get ripped off by them. Also they claim to have a contract with the Orange County Sheriff’s Department and FHP for their vehicles, so they are probably cheating them as well, and by default stealing from the people and the taxpayer’s dollars.
