Review content:
Broadmoor is very close to the Eden Prairie Center mall, Walmart, Target, CVS, Walgreens, Library, restaurants etc., so the location gets a "10". However, the management recently changed, and it'ss now worse than it was with the previous team. You'll get lured in, but once you're in they could care less about you. "Customer service" is poor and good luck getting a timely response tomaintenance requests! Things just seem to be falling apart in my opinion. FYI - we had a "fire incident" in late February(get renter's insurance!) I've lived in Braodmoor for over 3 years now, but I'm getting the heck out of here as soon as my current lease ends...
