Found University Local Lock and Key online, and thank goodness! I had one of my locks malfunction, I decided I needed real help. So I called and he arrived on time, was courteous, very nice, in fact, and efficient - in an hour he had fixed the lock as well as the one in our bedroom, which we decided to get fixed once we have kids! Good timing on that one. I called him yesterday and my appointment was today - very prompt. I highly recommend University Local Lock and Key, and will keep his card handy for any future issues. Can't beat the cost, either!
