Review content:
We had a very bad experiance celebrating my kid's 8th birthday in this place. When we arrived, noting was arranged. The tables were not even decorated. We had to go to the manager and ask for someone to set the table. Then noticed only one of the three table had a table cloths. We asked why the other are missing a table cloths and were told it's not necessary. Then we had to fight with management to open another lane since we had 12 kids and were promised a lane for every 5 kids. Everything started 15 minutes late because of that and the kids were just standing and waiting. The host was not around to help with the kids most of the time. When we started giving away the cakes we found out they didn't even bring the forks. the kids and adult had to wait 10 minutes for the forks to arrive. in addition to that there was a power failure 3 times and the kids had to stop the game. This was an aweful experiance. I think bowling can be a really cool place to have a birthday but don't go to this one in Lowell.
