I bought a new Trane air-conditioning unit from Crums 3 years ago and the fan has already gone bad. I understand that things happen but I called Crums Climate Control first thing this morning for a service call and although the equipment is under warranty, Crums does not have the time until Monday to service the unit. I was told that they do not work weekends and are all booked up! My advice before investing thousands of dollars on an air-conditioning unit is to call around and find a company that is available to supply service within a reasonable amount of time. I called another company and they came out within 3 hours of my call to diagnose the problem. The part has been ordered and my air conditioning will be up and running in a day.
