We purchased a used Jeep Liberty from this company and though we asked for a Carfax, we never got one. There was just one excuse after another. We foolishly purchased the car anyway. It came with only 1 set of keys, no manual and when we asked for a sunroof to be installed, they drove the car to Mass. (without our permisson or knowledge) and took 7 days to install it. Also, after having the car in the shop numerous times in a short while, we finally got a Carfax on our own and found that the car had been in an accident previously.
