Good: The fact that they could make any arrangement out of a book of over 300 plus arrangements.. Bad: -They didn't deliver the 100$ flower arrangement
-They didn't inform me in time
-They were ridiculously hard to get in contact with
-They expect that i would be OK with delivering flowers the day after valentines day even though i placed the order the day before.. Improvements: An out of business sign on the front door.. Other: Unacceptable service for such an important day. A florist makes the most amount of money on Valentines Day, you think they would want to make a name for themselves by not messing with people's orders on this particular day. Apparently no concern for their customers and the people they bought the flowers for..
