Review content:
On Jan 2011 I had a transmission flush done on my vehicle which I believe Carmen performed. Then in Feb 2011, I went back to have my oil changed and power steering fluid flushed. Like any good trained mechanic, the young kid came back to me and told me other work that I needed along with that the Tranmission Fluid was low. I said really!!! I just did it here last month. Then the cute young lady in the front researched it on the computer and saw I did and said, "yeah", and yells in the back, "but he put 2000 miles on it since the last service." Excuse me but what does having put x amount of miles on a car do to the transmission fluid after 1 month?? How can it be low?? then she say, "well..... we will put it in the car this time for free" - as if she was doing me a favor....and that they didn't short change me last month. Then I asked the mechanic as he pulled my car up and out, "hey can I ask you something is it common for transmission fluid to drop after 2000 miles of driving. He just stood there and nodded yes a few times and then walked away. I got in my car and drove home. . You can't trust anyone these days. Little things like this make good paying customers walk away.
