To make a long story short, I called Parkside Drive Knoxville Wholesale Furniture at 6:25p.m. on 2-7-2011 to query about an item in stock. I was treated with an incredible amount of aggression and rudeness during the call although I felt like I was professional and polite throughout. When I ask for the a name, he gave me a false name, a particular vile insult, and hung up. When I called back, no one would help me figure out how I spoke to. I spoke to Dwight and was told that he, Craig, Randy, Lewis, and Rob were working and that all denied the call. I was also told by Dwight that Dave Tom (the manager?) doesn't hire rude sales-guys and would have their back if I customer escalated the issue. What the heck? Dwight said that all of these gentlemen denied the phone call. There was much sniffing, laughing, and boasting during the call and never once did I feel as if my complaint was taken seriously. I've since learned that TIM HARRIS is the owner of the company. Surely Dave Tom, the manager, isn't as territorial and defensive as Dwight insinuated. Does Tim Harris even know the circus that is going on in that store after the managers leave? I don't know, but I guess I won't be buying the bed I called about either. The SKU number was 201181Q, for what it's worth.
