On behalf of Reaching Out for Better Hearing, I want to thank you for all of the time and effort you generously provided in the creation of the Ad Council TV spot. I truly feel this is one of the best visual productions concerning hearing and its impact on life that has ever been created for TV. It was so well-done and will educate many in our community regarding hearing loss and what they can do if they or someone they know feels they might have hearing loss. It is our belief that the TV ad will convince some of the 80% of individuals in our community who have ignored doing something about their hearing loss, to now do something about it. Please note that I emailed the TV spot to the Better Hearing Institute in Washington, DC so that they could be aware of the efforts we are doing locally in Rochester. The president of this organization commented on the tremendous professionalism evident in the video, and how efforts such as ours will set an example for other communities.
