I expected him to remove all roots in area I was going to make flower bed but I found some roots left in ground and I need to hire other landscaping people to finish the job because after I contacted him and explained him about some roots he left in ground (only about 5-6 inches below the ground level) he ignored and never came back to remove them.
I told him to remove all roots under the ground because I want to make flower bed.
I even marked the area where I am going to make flower bed to show him.
If he come and remove roots he left, I am going to change 3 stars to 5 stars but as long as he continue to ignoring me, 3 stars is generous stars I can give him.
