Review content:
You may think it's a Vietnamese restaurant, but then you would be wrong. Saigon is also the name of a harbor in Hong Kong.
Go for what it's known for- some of the best Chinese-style seafood in the Bay Area! The entire back wall of the restaurant is lined with tanks of fish, lobster, crab, shrimp, and other types of seafood that I've never seen before. Try the steamed fish and the garlic prawns. It'll cost you, but it's seriously the freshest and best tasting seafood I've had outside of asia. They have a variety of claypot dishes, and I can highly recommend the eggplant claypot. Another favorite is the Hainan chicken, a cold dish of steamed chicken that is eaten with a mix of garlic/chili sauce and soy sauce. Veggies are crisp and great tasting too.
