After waiting all day for the tech to turn on my cable and internet someone called and said he would be there in about an hour. 2 hours passed and I called charter and they could not tell me when the tech would be able to arrive and they would call when he was on his way. about 3 hours passed and no one called.
I had to take off work so I could keep this appointment and with the first month and the install fee I was about $300 today because of missing work. Charter offered $20.00 for missing the appointment and offered to set me bck up in 2 days so I can miss another days work and everyone tomorrow can have ontime service. I don't think so I should be before anyone else I sat here all day they already have my money guess they don't care. I would advise going with scottsboro cable I would like to imagine they would be on time. I told charter to forget it and give me my money back and they said it would take about 2 weeks to get a check. I wrote them a check in 5 seconds I wonder why it would take them so long to write me one.. I will give them another chance tomorrow but I am not getting my hopes up.

Cons: waitied all day no one showed up
