Looking for a "tech" guy? This is the place he hangs out for happy hour. Go with a girlfriend and sit in the bar. After an hour, make eye contact with him and send her to the restroom so that he has an "opening" to come over and talk. If he is too shy to come over, after your girlfriend comes back from the restroom, get HER to invite him and his friend to play billiards with you guys (you should not do the asking -- she has to do it for you). Leave the rest to him.
