I am and have always been impressed with Petsmart's staff for a few reasons: They are totally knowledgeable about the animals they sell. They are CARING about your concerns and your pets even after you have purchased them! They take the time to speak with you about your concerns and provide advice as to how to care for your pets! Recently I spoke with a girl named Ali who is very knowledgeable about the Leopard Geckos. She took the time to speak with me 3 times about how to care for them (even though I had purchased a couple of sick ones from another store!) She cares about the animals so much that she was not going to sell the latest baby Leopard Gecko until she healthened it up first! Now that is great service for customers and great care for the animals! At Petsmart, you can be sure that they actually CARE for the animals and their health. They do not sell unhealthy animals to customers. I will ALWAYS shop Petsmart! Kudos to whomever trains them! (: Thanks a bunch! BTW...I ended up taking my sick ones back to the other petstore and buying 2 really healthy ones from Petsmart! I am very confident in Petsmart!
Pros: Healthy animals, knowledgeable AND caring staff!!
