I bought a gift certificate online based on reviews and their website, unfortunately, I didn't contact them personally (a stupid move on my part). My friend has been trying to contact this place for the past 2 months via email and phone without any kind of response. Their website is still active to make you believe they are still in business.
My friend just got to the first location listed here on Citysearch and found out from the office building secretary that the owners had come in to look at an available office space, but failed to go through with it. I will update after my friend reaches the next location
There was no message on the website or via voicemail telling customers that they are out of town or that their business is no longer active, so it's in our most pessimistic opinion that I have been scammed by these people or they do not know how to run a business!
