Review content:
I consider myself incredibly lucky to have eaten at Per Se. We had cause to celebrate a recent event and I figured now would be the only time to justify an $830 bill at one of this country's finest restaurants. From the reservation process (they managed to fit us in for Saturday lunch with only 5 days notice), to the champagne glasses and bottle of French bubbly awaiting us on arrival (they noted the reason we were celebrating at the time of booking and surprised us) - Per Se did not disappoint. Whilst I truly feel that no meal is worth almost a Grand, the experience was something we'll never forget. And I felt like a million dollars when I was there. Just go. Pros: Service, food, attention to detail Cons: Price
