I stored an enclosed lawn trailer there for over two years. Things were fine until last November when someone broke a lock and stole most of my equipment. Then again in February, someone took my entire trailer and the rest of my contents. The owner, though he lives there, never keeps the gate closed during the day. Also when asked about camera surveillance (as I was promised there would be) he said the camera wasn't working properly and the repair guy was a month late in fixing it. This excuse was given both times. The owner didn't want to accept any responsibility for a lack of security provided for my trailer and contents. Now l have to find another way to provide for my family. My advice, find a place where they lock the gate and where the cameras are real and could actually assist the police in finding thieves if your stuff is stolen.
