If you are looking for a proper professional facial, this is NOT the place. Oasis is very pretty inside, hence the two stars. However, you are a number, followed by a dollar sign. I called and talked to the receptionist about what to expect in my facial, and was surprised to find out that I have much experience with this particular facial, since I am a licensed master esthetician myself. I was excited to receive this treatment because I know how the products work and it SHOULD be a great facial when done properly. Too bad, it was not done well. I was never asked what I came in for and never asked to fill out any type of consultation form. So my esthetician had NO idea what my skin care concerns were. There was no analysis done of my skin either. Having advanced knowledge of these particular products, I was disappointed to find out they were used incorrectly, so they were having no effect on my skin. This is a great product line, what a waste. By the way, the bed I was lying on was off center, and wobbled the whole time. ANNOYING!! The only words spoken by my esthetician was"this might tingle" . Other than that I never heard her voice. Believe me, she was probably the nicest, person, but she either was not licensed, or was never trained properly. Another awful thing was that the extractions were horribly painful and done incorrectly as well. THe Lucas spray was clearly broken and was spitting hot water on me. AWESOME!! Then it was over. Thank God. I was told where my robe and slippers were and she left the room. So, I guess I get dressed and she will tell me her recommendations and future treatment schedule etc. Nope! Never saw her again. So I just went up front and Paid My $100. I feel ripped off. Yes, I am a licensed esthetician and just happen to be an instructor as well, so you probably think I just have really high standards. However, I am being extremely real. I have had better facials at total dumpy hole-in-the wall places. I hope I get reimbursed. Don't go. Pros: Nice atmosphere and good product lines Cons: Untrained estheticians, treat you like a "nobody"
