Dec. 2006 move. Where to start. These guys were late. They were not very professional and left behind a lot of my stuff. I had to take my cat ahead and left before they were completely done but what I thought was close to being done. It took them over an hour to get to the new place (15 minute drive) and they ended up leaving a car full of stuff behind. The worse thing about the move was that they kept a painting. I was unpacking a few days later hanging some pictures when I noticed one of my painting was gone. They never called me but when I called them they knew the painting and who I was etc ... right away. Stealing is NOT acceptable from a moving company. They took it off the truck and put it in the warehouse without calling me. That is stealing. If they had called the same day it could have been seen as an over site.
They did manage to beat the quote, I guess by leaving a bunch of stuff behind for me to have to deal with.
Pros: They didn't argue when confronted about a missing painting.
Cons: They stold an item. They did return it when asked.
