Review content:
We recently contracted Rain Control to put gutters on our home. The gutters listed on the proposal we signed were designated as white.
We called the very next day and received color samples to look at. We called and requested a beige color.
Unfortunately, no one bothered to mark our choice on the proposal, so when they installed the gutters they put in white.
We called immediately to report the error, but no one there wants to take responsibility.
They even stated they would charge us almost $700 just to take the gutters down.
Our calls requesting to speak to someone higher up have not been returned.
The gutters were installed beautifully but they simply were not what we ordered.
They way they have handled the problem has been very poor.
Please proceed with caution with this company.
