This place was awful. Having had a cold for over a week, I decided to treat myself to a French Manicure. I already had a manicure done one week prior, which I loved, but it was chipping so I decided to try this new place on my way home. They assigned me a beginner. She cut my cuticles and massaged me. It was fine. I had told her I'd like a clean line for my French manicure. She painted one side of my hand and I was horrified. I told her I didn't like it. She then made me wait 10 minutes and then a manager came. By this time, a regular suggested I try a particular manicurist. The manager insisted she was better and she'd paint my nails. Again, it was horrible. She finally caved and sent me the manicurist the regular customer suggested. She did an okay job. In the end she wasn't great either because she caked on the nail polish thickly because she sucked doing French manicures. My nails dried, I arrived home, washed my hands (2 hours later). I see a chip on my nail. When looking closer, it wasn't a chip but the nail polish had been polished on so thickly that when I rubbed all of the tips, the polish was a gum-like texture that was just being pushed off with my hands. I just erased all of it off and when looking underneath, THEY RUINED MY NAILS. They filed my nails and it looks distorted and sloppy. DON'T EVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN OR YOU'LL REGRET IT! Pros: A guy walking around gave great massages Cons: Worst trained manicurists in this world
