i have been a loyal beneficiary of his talents for over 7 years now, and he has always satisfied and then some. whether it's a finance-job-related short cut, longer spikey jam, or even my every-5-year-mohawk experiment, he has come correctly, and i thank him for it. and you will, too...
to update this review for 2009-2010: i have now been coming to Jose for all of the above for the last 9 years now and he never never disappoints!
Pros: variety of cuts, easy to talk to, inexpensive!
