Review content:
After a night of partying on the strip, we wanted to have a decent conversation without shouting or losing our voices. The Rumor is off the strip and hidden a bit. What a cute boutique hotel. When you first walk in, you are greeted by front desk (or not). Around the corner is the bar and tucked away further left is their restaurant. The bartender provided us with interesting drinks and they were good. It was refreshing to just talk without shouting. The ambiance is cool and mixed decor. The staff here is nice without being snubby. Good to go.
