When I first moved to the Twin Cities, I thought Juut in Uptown was the place to go. On my first visit, I had a cut and highlights. I thought my highlights were ok at first, but upon returning home I realized how much of my roots were still showing! And the cut was a generic, cookie-cutter trim that they must give when they don't feel like taking the time to understand what the customer wants. I tried to get the results I desired TWO more times! Each time I told the colorist and the stylist what I wanted different this time and each time I came out looking the same. They even sent me out in the cold December weather with a wet head! The staff simply cannot be bothered to pay attention to detail, which is unacceptable to the hefty price!
Pros: Cool location, Nice atmosphere
Cons: Careless staff, No parking
