Review content:
Good: last year when we stayed we had pine in the room a friendly staff but this yearin2011 the staff was the worst weve had thanks for runing our anniversary. Bad: service room. Improvements: downgrade the rooms back to what they was cause the upgrades now look like a cheap hotel room. Other: loved it last year but a nightmare on this anniversary next time send out emails to everyone when you change your rooms.
