Don't really do reviews. This is my third one for the same company. They are that good......New to the area. Looking for a great dentist for my family of 4. Mom, Dad & 2 sons (7 & 9 years old). Like to research my options being a responsible shopper that I am, but even more seriously looking for a physician....Had a hard time for this area getting a lot of cust. related reviews on anyone. With a little luck I found Rice Creek Dentistry. From the very get go of calling and investigating the establishment and setting up an appointment was one of the easiest to do. They were amply diligent and flexible to get my whole family set up with appointments with reminder confirmations (which I think is awesome). Upon showing up to our appointment I didn't even have a chance to sit and wait in the lobby because they were ready for our set time (I love not waiting!!!). The entire staff was very knowledgeable about all aspects( insurance, saving money, procedures, bed-side manner (rare!), and scheduling to be sure your mouth is fully taken care of. I could keep rambling on about our wonderful experience with this establishment. As an adult I haven't' had a better time at the dentist until Rice Creek. As my 2 sons go, after their first visit they had such a great time they took it upon themselves to write a thank you note to their physician(true story, just ask Lisa @ Rice Creek-she rocks). Hope this helps anyone to decide on a great place to care or fix your mouth. O, by the way they have a tv in every room with full cable to watch your favorite show or cartoon in case your were going to miss something while they work on sparkling your smile:0)
