If you have friends or family that visits you, this is not the place for you. 99.99% of apartment complexes allow for guest parking, however if your guest does not know there is no guest parking allowed in Fortress Park, they are trapped in this complex as you must have a key to enter and exit. The parking spaces are so small. Every car has door dings and scrapes just from trying to back in and out. If your guest happens to walk into the property they are immediately hounded by security and if your guest cannot find your apartment, you receive a snotty, sarcastic note from management advising you of your guest's behavior. FYI...there are NO signs directing you to the different buildings and apartment numbers. The resident directory is listed by apartment number only (btw...there are several buildings that have same number) so if you have a guest that only knows your name (but not the building you live in) and lacks bloodhound instincts to hunt you down by smell, chances are they will be whisked away by security and again, the snotty wenches who work in the office will have a unprofessional, grammatically incorrect letter delivered to your door reminding you that as long as you live under their roof, you will have no guests or visitors.
