My old water heater was on it's way out, and I was connected to Fast Water Heater through Home Depot.
Dale did a great job explaining the process, pointing out the code violations in the ducting, and proposing a solution.
When he picked up the water heater for installation, he remembered I wanted the 9-year warranty instead of the 6-year that the warehouse had pulled for him.
He called prior to his arrival, arrived when he said he would (with the requested unit) and even had his supervisor out to help solve the challenge that the ducting posed.
Great service, easy to connect with, very knowledgeable group, all the way from the folks on the phone, to those that do the installs.
