I was devastated when I came back from a business trip and found stains on the rugs and the house smelling like dog. I tried cleaning up the rugs myself but it would still have slightly visible spots. I called STEAM CLEAN YOUR CARPET-Beverly Hills remembering my friend had said they were extremely good. The tech suggested steam cleaning to get rid of the odor with hot water and high pressure, I took his suggestion and he got right to it. When the procedure was done I instantly smelled and saw a big difference and when the rugs were delivered the stains were gone .The house looked great and smelled even better. I guess the trip was a good thing.
