I went for a massage and facial. When I got there, I changed into a robe and enjoyed the sauna room. As enjoyable as it was, i realized that i probably had been enjoying it a little too long and that my appointment should have started by then. I went to the receptionist to ask what was going on. She said it should be just a few more minutes. Well 15 minutes later, she came down to tell me they were behind schedule and they were going to offer me a free manicure. It was a nice complementary service. I was under the impression that my massage would start right after my manicure but i got to go wait for another 15 minutes. MY FIRST APPOINTMENT STARTED 1.5 HOURS AFTER IT WAS SCHEDULED!!! yes i got a free manicure but is that really worth 1.5 hours of my time? no, not in my book. The treatments i receieved were really great but the managment is horrible and almost ruined my experience.
Also, I was not the only one who experienced delays. A couple who was there for a couples massage, was asked by the receiptionist "do you want to be in seperate rooms" umm why would anyone go for a couples massage in seperate rooms. Well, management once again had misscheduled and they were going to have to wait an hour. If you dont mind waiting, come here but if you have things to do in life, there are much better places out there.
