The Board of Directors and myself as the community manager appreciated the fact that J.F. Da Pra reviewed the details of their proposal and scope of work so that we all had a clear understanding what needed to be done. The continuous updates on the progress of the work put the Board and the residents at ease knowing work was on schedule. We have found J.F. Da Pra to be knowledgeable and experience in their field, and their ability to bring peace and order in the middle of a catastrophe has been essential in keeping residents calm. I would recommend that any potential client who is contemplating a major project consider J.F. Da Pra as their general contractor because their knowledge and expertise put them on the top of our list.
