I will never be back for your boring food and terrible service.
Way to make everything worse.
It's bad enough that I had to find out that my bank disabled my debit card because of fraud when I was trying to pay. But the way your staff reacted was less than helpful. I asked if someone could pay with a debit card over the phone, but you made me drive home, get said card, go to the ATM, and drive back to pay for the food that clearly wasn't worth this trouble. And to rub it in, you made sure to write down the info from my ID like I was some sort of criminal. I am the victim of a crime. It's not like I came to rip you off. I offered choices. Your hands were tied by your invisible boss.
The real crime here: the way you treat your patrons.
