I give the store a 4 star rating for the quality of their merchandise and the people who work there a 1 star rating for their of helpfulness or interest. Recently wanted to purchase a table (was carefully considering two), and was browsing the store for over an hour checking out all booths. It was mid-afternoon and being a diabetic, I ate a snack I had with me. I walked around for some time with the wrapper in my hand until seeing a trash can at the front register, I asked one of the people working if they could throw it away for me. I was directed to leave the store to locate a trash can outside--she even walked over and held the door open for me to leave rather than be 'helpful' (mind you it is 22 degrees). I decided at that point that my business was not wanted and continued walking to another shop where I spent over $650.00 for a table. If the dealers/workers aren't interested in full customer service then perhaps the owner should rethink having them work as part of their booth obligations and treat potential customers with this type of rude behavior. The three ladies working seemed more interested in spiffing up their booths than their customers. If I had to describe any of the three, the same work comes to mind--they were all very snotty to the point of rude. I will be shopping elsewhere in the future--two tables would have gone home with me that day, but I had to leave to toss out a piece of clear wrapper for whatever reason.
