a little weary as it was under ground level but felt instantly relieved when i entered the spa...friendly service--i think mostly russians/eastern european...had a male massage (last-min appt so no females were available) and he was GREAT...i was skeptical b/c i've never had a male working on me, but he proved to be better than most female masseuses i've had...applied pressure on my shoulder and upper back where i told him i was most tense....anyway, will go back and ask for him specifically though i'm sure others there are great as well...i think his name is Tiber, or Tiger...anyway, great spa, great sauna--the guy who manages the spa is really helpful as well--made sure everyone was comfortable in the sauna, that it wasn't too hot, etc. etc....so in short, highly recommend.
