I called this company I found first on line. And I struck gold with them. They gave me a ball park estimate over the phone, explained to me how the tech comes out ready to do the work. He would evaluate and tell me the price before anything is done. So there was no miscommunication between each other I accidently stepped on dog feces, it was all over my carpet, all over! I was able to take off some of it but the smell was to powerful and I couldn't bare be in my house for more than five minutes. And when the work was finally done. My carpet looked amazing and the best thing of all it didn't smell.
