Review content:
This morning I dropped my Z4 to get Service Engine Soon issue resolved. They told me later that the issue was thermostat was malfunctioning. They have replaced thermostat and flushed and replaced the coolant. Also they recommended that the brake fluid needs to be replaced and they performed that one too. I picked the car in the evening. On the way to home car super heated and started warning and the dial was on red hot and flashing. At first exit I pulled the car over and called back the BMW Bellevue, they simply said Tow it back to them. While waiting for tow truck, I check the coolant level, there was absolutely NO COOLANT left in. Took pictures. How can they send the car with out coolant back to customer. Tomorrow, I am really interested how they are going to explain this. So the question is where is the best place to take your BMW for next time, it is not going to be this place definitely!
