I have never experienced such rude behavior from any business establishment before...this was the first. Erica was rude, and obnoxious, finally I asked for another customer service rep. Then after speaking with this lady, I noticed that she was placing me on hold several times, probably getting information from Erica. After the 6th time placing me on hold Erica picked up the phone and started to raise her voice to me. I told her that I did not want to speak to her and wanted the owner but conveniently no one knew when she would be in. I will never go back here again!
